Every decision starts with the person using the app. We ship things that genuinely help people, not things that look good in a pitch deck.
Clear communication
We're a small, remote-friendly team. Writing clearly, thinking out loud, and being direct matters more than meetings and status updates.
Privacy is non-negotiable
We handle people's financial data. That's a serious responsibility. We expect everyone on the team to treat user privacy as a core product feature, not a compliance checkbox.
